Dr Jo Matthan is a Lecturer in Anatomy and Clinical Schools at the School of Medical Education at Newcastle University.

Jo joins me for a chat on her career path that has seen her move from South India to Finland and then the United Kingdom. We also discuss her involvement in the widening participation scheme at Newcastle University, along with her interest in the History of Anatomy, Technology Enhanced Learning and much more.

Here is a link to the book we discussed:

30-Second Medicine: The 50 crucial milestones, treatments and technologies in the history of health, each explained in half a minute.
